Founder of The Healing Nest
Hello beautiful souls — I’m Natasha, the heart behind The Healing Nest, and I’m honored to hold space each week as we journey together into stillness, healing, and self-discovery.
My path has been anything but linear — and that’s part of what brought me here.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Fresno State, with an emphasis in Kinesiology, LGBTQ+ Studies, and Women’s Studies. My academic journey centered on the mind-body connection through movement science, and the heart-body connection through identity, healing, and social justice.
I also hold a California substitute teaching permit and carry a deep, lifelong desire to educate and empower others — whether in a classroom or a healing circle. Teaching is part of my nature. I believe knowledge becomes wisdom when it’s shared in community.
But my deeper education has come through life.
I’m a mother of six and grandmother of seven, a former CNA and longtime caregiver, and someone who knows firsthand what it’s like to rise from deep pain, to question everything, and to slowly reclaim a sense of wholeness.
I created The Healing Nest as a free, donation-based community offering — because I believe healing should be accessible, grounded in spiritual wisdom, and held in community care. I also believe we’re not meant to do it alone.
In this space, I bring together my background in movement, breathwork, gender and trauma studies, spiritual practice, and my own lived experience — guided by intuition, heart, and a call to serve.
Each week, I invite you to join me in sacred practice:
To explore your patterns with compassion
To honor your body and your breath
To remember that your pain is not the end of your story
And to trust that transformation is possible — gently, soulfully, and together
I’m so grateful you’re here. If you haven’t joined us yet, you are always welcome.
With love,
Natasha Arnold
