Born and raised in Upstate New York, Judy finally moseyed her way to her life’s dream destination smack dab in the middle of CA! After living in 7 different states, she and her beloved 2nd husband have lived here for 11 years and have zero regrets. Lauren and Judy share 7 children, 23 grandchildren, and—arriving soon—2 great-grandchildren.
Drawn to music at about 7 years old, Judy was lucky enough to learn multiple instruments, with a focus on piano and voice. She was a co-founder of Provo Theatre Company, a semi-professional theatre company, where she served as the company’s Musical Director. Concurrently, she was a Senior Project Manager and Instructional Designer for FranklinCovey Co., in Salt Lake City for almost 20 years.
After a varied, lifelong spiritual journey, Judy is indescribably grateful and blessed to be part of MUU’s growth and development! She’s planting her spiritual roots!

My name is Natasha Arnold, and I am honored to serve as a board member at Mountain Unitarian Universalist. I’ve lived in Coarsegold for many years with my spouse, Shiloh Arnold—we’ve been married for over 20 years and are proud parents of six children and grandparents to seven beautiful grandchildren. My life has been deeply shaped by the values of compassion, resilience, and community, all of which I’ve found reflected in our congregation.
In recent years, my spiritual journey has been enriched through the practices of yoga and meditation. These have become more than personal tools for grounding—they are sacred pathways that help me reconnect with my inner self and the divine in everyday life. I’m passionate about making these practices accessible to others and exploring how they can support healing, connection, and presence within our wider UU community.
